Empowerment is Hooray recent in the evolution of management thought, After the attention is shifted from Command Console organization to the so-called empowerment organization, And the consequent change, And this approach is based on a new philosophy to be a strong director focus on his workers in the first place, Employees have been the greatest threat to the possibility of the success of the organization, and Disaffected workers could lead to the failure of the organization, And for this the relationship between supervisors and employees in the organization is the foundation stone for its success.
It has repeatedly proved to be the difference interval between the success and the failure management can be mainly in the quality of leadership exercised by the managers, Which is the polarization and maintain the spirit of fruitful cooperation and positive for employees the leadership style of empowerment is one of administrative methods to lead the processes of change in the organization Which encourages employees to empowerment through waiver leaders for workers with some powers, And give them the freedom to do their work, and encourage them to put forward their suggestions and ideas without restrictions
