Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the effect of core competences on activities’ portfolio diversity of "Omer Ben Omer" from the point of view of its customers in Biskra town, through the use of questionnaire tool that have been distributed to 500 customers of this brand, only 424 of them are subject to statistical processing.

By application exploratory orientation and test our hypotheses on reality with using 16 version of the program spss, The study concluded that there is a positive impact between dimensions of core competences individually and dimensions of activities’ portfolio diversity together.
