Abstract EN

This paper proposes the employment of two theorical perspectives in order to understand the decision making problematic in the business company.

The first perspective based on the authority concept as a cadre to decision making operation or the decisional operation, where the second theorical perspective concerns about the organizational culture concept.

If the decision making operation completes through some steps that is well-known in modern organizational science, since Simon majored works, but the decision making operation is still related to group ofvariables, some of them is technical controllable within the homo-economico concept in the classical analyses, where the rest of those variables is social and cultural, concern the authority practices in the first place, and concern also the collaborators behavior and the company s’ cultural specifics.
