Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the educational communication skills within secondary schools through educational relations between members of the educational institutions and that should be taken into account by every member of the school community to achieve the educational objectives of the school.

To attain the objectives of the study, we follow a descriptive approach, we used to collect data variables of search simple observation, interview and questionnaire.

The questionnaire applied to a sample, consisting of ten secondary schools in Chlef out of a number of 53 secondary schools for the academic year 2013-2014.

The research sample consisted of three groups (800 students, 200 teachers and 80 administrators) in secondary education.

Results of this study showed that the relations in educational linstitutions are ordinary, they are determined depending on the communication situation andthe nature of the communication operation parts (students, teachers and administrators).
