Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to highlight an important management aspect “employees empowerment “by trying to identify the perceptions of ENICAB (Electric Cable Production Enterprise- Biskra ) managers towards the empowerment of employees as an approach to the human resources qualification, and its impact on the performance of the enterprise.

The study included a sample of 143 managers, and showed that administrate empowerment has a statistically significant effect on the enterprise performance management.

This effect is manifested through the dimensions explaining the independent variable of the study: delegation of authority, communication and team work.

The most important results of the study are: The necessity to understand the philosophy and the contents of the administrative empowerment and to take into account the rest of the other dimensions represented in motivation through the review of the physical and moral incentives, as well as the process of training in line with the training requirements, besides interest in the trust between individuals as a platform for the philosophy of employees empowerment and giving more attention to qualitative indicators besides financial indicators in assessing the performance of the enterprise
