Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of the practices of strategic leadership dimensions on Al al-Bayt University employees’ performance from the viewpoint of the faculties and institutes deans and their dean deputy and heads of departments.

A field study was conducted to cover the population of fifty faculties, institutes and centers at the Al al-Bayt Univerisity.

A questionnaire was distributed and personal interviews were conducted to obtain data.

Many statistical methods like Descriptive methods, Coefficients Regression, were also used in this study.

The study showed that the greatest impact on employees performance is Innovative Leadership with a significant level of (0.453) followed by Transformational Leadership with a significant level of (0.003), Organizational Culture with a significant level of (-0.100) and Strategic Direction with a significant level of (-0.380).
