This study re-examines "Al- Rahman" Sura and sheds light on the introduction which of the Sura that carries the same name (Al- Rahman.

The research investigates the relationship of the title to the Sura and its content.

It inspects the styles of repetition and comparison and rhetoric of the Sura.

It emphasizes its topics represented in the fact that the creation and termination of this universe are both in the hands of the Almighty Allah.

The repeated verse asks the human being to consider his original creation out of mud and the Jiun's out of fire.

The study shows the power forms of the Almighty.

The study also highlights the importance of repetition, especially the repetition of the verse: (Which favors of Allah do you both (Humans and Jinas) deny!!) and the multipurpose of the versatile topics of the Sura as well as Allah's various graces.

The study reveales the functions of repetition and comparison in “Al-Rahman” whether they are demonstrative, persuasive or affirmative for the purposes of preaching, guidance, threatening, frightening and glorification
