Abstract EN

This paper addresses the study of the Algerian legislative experience in the field of "El-Waqf" (endowment), as a state that recognizing "Waqf" as a financial system itself as realized in two types: Private Waqf (Folksmen Endowment); and Public Waqf (Charitable Endowment), represented in the three main stages the region has witnessed through history: the pre-independent period, the post-independence interim period and finally the status quo of Waqf and its eventual pertinent legislations
