This research is related to the cognitive aspect of Dr.

Al-Bustani, one of the marked scholars in thought and Arabic modern literature.

He left a significant cognitive wealth in poetry, criticism and thought.

He represented, in his writings, the contemporary Muslim mind open to darkness and intellectual deviation.

He opened locked doors and laminated the paths which were dark.

Writing about this scholar demanded great efforts and tracing his cognitive product.

Of those works is his work concerning Quran miracles.

He had a creative vision and a significant mark in this subject that deserves tackling and researching.

The research reached that Dr.

Al Bustani views the Quran as talking to every generation, therefore it includes principles that conform with the principles believed by this generation who view the Quran miracles in the light of modern rhetoric or even the early generations who discovered the Quran miracles in the light of traditional rhetoric.

The rhetoric Quran miracles for him remains open and is not limited by the principles discovered recently as much as the other ones that could be discovered in the forthcoming Times.
