Abstract EN

The research deals with an important issue, particularly at the current time, "The Dissention from the Muslim community and the superior authority, I have collated data on the Prophetic Guidance "Peace be Upon Him" regarding how to deal with the suspicions falling on the dissidents who dissented from the Muslim community and the governing authority.

I have presented in my research, several prevailing suspicions, which I examined in the light of authentic Hadith; (Prophetic Tradition) PBUH, and the sayings conveyed through the companions of Allah's Messenger and the righteous predecessors ; Allah bless and have mercy on them , and divided it into fourteen subchapters .

Allah inspired me with mentioning the most prominent scientific and practical findings to redress these suspicions and the necessity for the Prophetic Guidance to grapple with this dilemma, and arousing the interest in sticking to muslim comunity , and repelling its detachment.

With focussing on the importance of Sharia knowledge, and seeking it from the distinguished scholars.
