Abdulkarim bin Isa al-Ruhaili Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon his honest messenger: Praise be to Allah for helping the researcher to verify this valuable book of “Ibn Taymiyyah” -Allah rest his soul- In which the author has shown evidences of the Koran to obey the Prophets, and that they are Allah's argument on people, and that no one of people is infallible except them, therefore whoever obeys them survives and wins, and whoever disobeys them loses and suffers, so everyone should refer the dispute to them, because they are infallible in reporting of Allah - the Almighty -.

“ibn Taimia” then ended this book by a chapter about the Kharijites, in which he mentioned Sunnah evidences that disparage them, warn against approaching them and their method, and that they are of heresy and misguidance and corrupt logic, it resulted to take Muslims out of Islam, and to legalize taking their monies and outraging their honors.
