Abstract EN

This research includes a scientific study of manuscript which was written before 80 years ago.

It was written by jurist of ''Malikia'' Doctrine'' in Mecca.

It dealt with a religions matter which permits a three-times divorced woman to go back to her divorced.

This religions leader has studied some of the sayings of Islamic doctrine religions specifically the four doctrines.He discussed their sayings and came to the point that a three-times- divorced woman can't go back to her divorced, bay getting married to a young boy.

He showed that this issue was common among people in ''Mecca'' which is prohibited by the Four Religions Doctrines.

By the end of this study, he warned from the miss-use of the Four Religions Doctrines so that people would not do what god has banned and prohibited.

We have studied this manuscript scientifically according to common basis of the study of scripts in order to fulfil patrimony
