This study aims to highlight the role of reengineering toimprove the competitiveness of the firmthrough occurring a radical change and redesigningits strategic processes of added value.

Therefore,that leads to achieve improvements inperformanceand acquire competitive priorities such as reducingcosts, time, quality and creativity.

As a result, the firm prevails over its competitors and realizes subsistence and persistence in themarket.

Results of the study, which was applied on MOBILIS, showthat strategic priorities are linked to sector attractiveness and competitive capabilities of the firmwhich were tested by applying some techniques of competitive environment analysis.

Thus, Reengineering is as a strategic choice that MOBILIS adopted to increase its ability to face holistic competition.
