Abstract EN
The aim of this article is to address one of the important administrative issues in managing organisations to achieve their goals by focusing on leadership and leaders’ behaviour.
Therefore, two aspects are highlighted: the determinants of organisational behaviour and the dimensions of the transformational leadership.
This is to find out the impact of the determinants of individual behaviour on the qualities of the transformational leader and consolidating them to raise the level of subordinates and increase their motivation to work efficiently and distinctively.
Thus, the more the individual is highly qualified by the determinants of individual behaviour, the more distinctive is the leader, serving the organisation in helping workers to achieve goals efficiently and distinctively with new methods
