Waqf institutions have developed significantly, and they have been able to collect the financial resources required by the "waqf Sukuk" The study concluded that there is a possibility to operationalize the financing of the "waqf Sukuk" in Algeria، to promoting the waqfs and upgrading their developmental role, as in Sudan according by her "Ashom waqf" formula, and as well as in New Zealand by its "Sukuk waqf" through the Waqf Farm Project.
