A Jurisprudential rule does not stop only on its statement for a legitimate rule , but also it helps to know the verdict on different descendents according to the nature of the rule and its assets .

The maxim had already compiled the provisions of the Islamic jurisprudence , And its flexibility helps in many ways in the development of the Islamic ruling on contemporary descendent ; balanced with the jurisprudentially constant .

Proceeding from this , this study works so hard to determine the relationships between the descendent and the maxim ; including characters transferred from the realism to the entirety
