Abstract EN

This article discusses approach reform at Sheikh Mohammed Saeed Al Zahri (1900- 1956), which is a unique personality in the field of religious reform in Algeria, he had belonged to the first generation founder of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars.

He chaired the administrative council more than once, and it was the first editors of newspapers "Sunnah, sirat, Charia " and other newspapers relating to the reformist orientation in Algeria and abroad.

We have tried to identify the reform system at Sheikh through his writings in these newspapers, We have referred to the religious aspect of the subject, focusing on reform approach which he linked to the Salafist idea calling for a return to Islam.
