Abstract EN

The present study deals study correlation between job satisfaction and performance of the physical education and sports teachers at Middle education.

We used two questionnaires, one for job satisfaction and another one for performance.

The sample of the study was 130 professors in the physical education and sports in the willaya (Constantine, Mila, Batna and Setif).

The results show a strong and significant correlation between job satisfaction and performance of the professors of physical education and sports, developed in Middle education, and a strong correlation between personal variables (professional experience, working relationship, sex and enrollment to the department) and satisfaction and performance of the study sample.
