Abstract EN

The designs which form the circuits are integrated are big of importance in economics , because every technical and technological evolution is based on the designs of the integrated circuits and with the augmentation of its economical need its legal necessity increased as well and the difficulty of founding an economical system has been occurred due to the specification of those designs since they are located in between the author rights and the patent.

For that this study emerged to highlight the legal provisions which have been put by the Algerian legislator for the first time in 2003 in order to organize this formal designs of the integrated circuits and to determine the way of giving it the appropriate legal protection, seeking for supporting the inventions field in Algeria and protecting it on the one hand and to increase the guarantees given to the stranger investors owners of the designs on the other hand.
