Abstract EN

This research aims for a brief study that addresses the political laws and organizational administrative aspects of the reign of alMansur Muhammad Ibn Abi Amer with something of investigation and analysis as well as a brief summary about his upbringing and his swooping of power, to uncover and clarify the facts with what can get from the accounts of some historians and their qoutations during that period and sifting what they contain of bias or exaggeration.

To uncover how and why he came to power and then tighten his control and grip on it and extracting it from the Umayyad caliphs.

To achieve this goal, the researcher divided the research into five parts try through it to disclose the reasons for the control of alMansur Muhammad Ibn Abi Amer on Andalusia and his survival in its ruling until his death, and even inheriting the rule for his sons after him.

These parts have been represented in the following: Andalusia before the reign of al-Mansur, his life and his upbringing, the most important changes he brought about in Andalusia, and his death, the study concluded with a summary showing the search results that have been reached.
