Abstract EN

The importance of the research and reasons of choosing it: 1- The importance of studying the rule e of the text Ibn Attaya's Interpretation to show its effect , and to show its variation in strength and effect especially when there is a fight between it and another rule.

2- This subject has a big interpretation value as it's connected to knowing the chosen opinion in interpreting Qur'an , and it's what meant by " Interpretation " , and its core and fruit.

3- The scientific value for the book " Al Muharar Al Wajeeze " as many of the interpretators who came after Ibn Attaya got benefits from it.

4- The researcher didn't find another researcher studied this subject in a separate study.

Aims of the research: 1- Declaring the rule of the context in Ibn Attaya's Interpretation and his caring of it.

2- Declaring the effect of the rule of the context in Ibn Attaya's Interpretation in clarifying the most chosen opinion.

3- Knowing the critical view of Ibn Attaya in his discussion of the most chosen opinions.

4- Clarifying Ibn Attaya's curriculum in choosing in case of contrast between the choosing rules.

The most important results:  Ibn Attaya stated in his interpretation a group of weighting and choosing rules in his interpretation.

 The Rule of Context was stated in Ibn Attaya's Interpretation among different sayings in interpreting the Verse (Aya) .

 When discussing the contrast of the weighting and choosing rules in the same example , Ibn Attaya wasn't ignorant of the effect of the same example on a group of rules , as he used this effect to indicate the most correct opinion.

 Ibn Attaya curriculum in his weighting and choosing in case of contrast between the Rule of Context with other weighting rules in the same example.

If happened a contrast between the Rule of Context with another stronger rule , he chooses the stronger.

Recommendations: 1- Studying every weighting and choosing rule of the interpretators alone in the light of what the interpretators wrote in an inductive method to show the most used and his caring of it.

2- Discussing and evaluating the sayings of the interpretators in the light of the rule of context and what contrasts it in order to purify the interpretation books of what was in it.

3- Weighted study to the choosing rules among the interpretators.
