Abstract EN

The study aimed at analyzing the effect of characteristics of the learning organization on effective administration communication from administrators' perspective in Jordanian ministries .

To achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire was developed to collect data, and the a percentage of (30%) was taken from the society of the study to form its sample .

)427) questionnaires were distributed among which )405( questionnaires were valid for analysis .

The Social Science Software ( SPSS )was used to analyze data .The study revealed a group of results among which : 1- The participants' perspectives on the items of the independent variable (characteristics of the learning organization) were high and the general mean of the participants' perspectives regarding the dimensions of the efficiency of administrative communication was at high level.

2- There was a significant statistical effect for the dimensions of the characteristics of the learning organization on organizational scale efficiency among administrators in Jordanian ministries .

In light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of preparing administrators and workers to facilitate the administrative communication system as an administrative approach , the Jordanian ministries should promote the dimensions of characteristics of the learning organization through the development of mechanisms to promote a culture of organizational learning
