Abstract EN

All praise is due to Allah, and Allah's Peace and Blessings be upon His Prophet, his pure family, and his noble Companions.

The Islamic approach to constructing the Islamic society has unique features that distinguish it from all empirical, man-made, theories.

The approach is derived from the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of His Prophet: Allah said:{ Nor does he say (aught) of (his own) Desire , It is no less than inspiration sent down to him } (Surah alnajim verses 3-4).

These two sources of building human society have proven their absolute validity, steadiness and their usefulness for human beings in this world and the life hereafter.

Young men and women are one of the main building blocks of this virtuous society.

They are very important for society, and therefore Islam takes care of enriching their minds, manners and affections.

Islam also cares about the relationship between them, with their Creator, and other people.

Because of the urgent need to deal with this sensitive age category, and to attend to its needs in the areas of study, concerns, interests and requirements, and to address the imbalance between their action and behavior, the present research article looks into the reasons behind moral values deterioration among youth and tries to determine how to treat it in light of Quranic principles.

The research consists of four main sections: The introduction shows the goal and the significance of the current research as well as the reasons behind choosing this topic, the methodology used and the general plan.

The introductory part defines the meaning of deterioration, moral values, and morality linguistically and scientifically.

Then it shows the most important sources of moral values.

It also presents examples of positive and negative moral values.
