Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to know the role of the Corporate Culture in the development of the organizational development at the plumbing company in Tiaret.

The study started from a main question: What is the role of the Corporate Culture in the creation of the organizational development at the plumbing company in Tiaret? From this question emerged the general Hypothesis: The Corporate Culture plays a strategic role in the development of the organizational development in the plumbing company in Tiaret.

In order to verify the validity of the general hypothesis and partial hypotheses, the study used the questionnaire tool which was distributed to 76 executives with a 100% response rate.

Interviews were also used to support interpretation of the results.

After testing the hypotheses, a number of results were reached, the most important of which was: The existence of a strategic role for the corporate culture in the development of the organizational development.

A number of recommendations were made, including: developing the corporate culture organizational development, and making further research on this subject using the interview technique
