Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the type of coping strategies used to deal with the pressing positions in the work of civil status employees in the communes of relizane and the extent of their impact on some personal and functional variables.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the measure of confrontation in the stress positions of "Andler and Parker" (CISS) was applied at random sample of 60 employees.

After processing the data using the program spss20 the following results are: - Problem solving strategy is the predominant type among the civil status workers in The communes of relizane - There is no effect to the dimensions of gender, age, professional experience and scientific level (middle, secondary, and university) on the dimensions of coping strategies except for the effect of the variable age on the strategy of solving the problem.
