The evolution of the human society has led to many complex conflicts, which have required the adoption of alternative mechanisms to resolve them, including arbitration.

And because the implementation of judgments and judicial decisions is the summit of the judicial pyramid and its final station ; my article took on the task of defining the arbitration tool and explaining the procedures necessary to implement the Arbitration judgments, which are published in Algeria or any where abroad.
