Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the effect of some of financing strategies indicators like Debt/ Asset Ratio and total assets turnover on the prices of stocks of Saudi Arabian industrial corporations.

Using the data of industrial corporations listed in Saudi Arabian Stock Exchange between January 2008 and December 2013, the study found that there was a significant effect of each of corporation's debt/asset ratios, and total assets turnover ratios on corporation's stock prices.

The study also found that about 29% of variation in industrial stocks prices is due to variations in each of debt\asset ratios, and total assets turnover ratios of these corporations.
