This study aims to shed light on the concept of intellectual capital and the main points of disagreement with the traditional capital, and the definition of organizational change and the most important causes of internal and external, and his most important types and how to manage a manner that ensures the organization survive and continue and achieve value .
And most important of all is to focus on the change based on intellectual capital within the organization and how individuals deal with him.
And has concluded that the change is based on intellectual capital is the most important despite the lack of direction of most organizations to him but this was merely only a matter of time, and this is reflected in the importance of being more deeply rooted and in order to change all that is traditional in and achieve competitive advantages
