Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to identify The Impact of Strategic Leadership Practices on the Organizational Excellence & Creativity in Jordanian Private Hospitals.

All 60 Jordanian private hospitals that are certified and accredited by the Jordan Ministry of Health – at the time of the study- were included by the research community.

The research sample was composed of 261 employees in higher and middle management, sections heads, and supervisors of medical and administrative departments who work in the hospitals covered by the study.

The study concluded that strategic leadership practices (The Organization Mission & Vision, Strategic Focus, Strategic Execution, Strategic Follow-up) have an impact of statistical significance on organizational creativity and excellence in Jordanian private hospitals.

The study results also showed the effect of strategic leadership practices on the overall organizational behavior and performance as a push towards more creativity and higher achieved performance and reputation.

In light of the results, the researcher proposed some recommendations of which the most significant were: Encourage managers, and leaders in Jordanian private hospitals to improve their organizations creativity and excellence levels and Strengthen their self confidence to make strategic decisions that will help improve the organizational performance to the desired level.
