This study aimed at identifying the degree of application of the learning and teaching quality standard in the programs of the Faculty of Shari'a and Islamic Studies at the University of Al-Qassim from the students' viewpoint expected to graduate , in addition to identifying whether there are differences in the responses of the sample of the study attributed to the variable of the program, and the cumulative average.
The study sample consisted of male students expected to graduate in the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Studies in the summer semester (343) of the academic year 2013/2014 AD, whose total number is 155 students.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was developed consisting of (34) paragraphs, distributed in five areas: (students' learning outcomes, students' assessment, tuition assistants, quality of teaching, and field experience activities).The results showed that the degree of application of the standard quality of learning and teaching programs in the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies comes median in all areas, The mean reaches (3.148) and the standard deviation reaches (0.44), where the field of quality teaching comes in the first rank with mean reaching (3.468), and with standard deviation reaching (0.41), whereas the field of tuition assistance with which students are supported came in last rank with mean reaching (2.796) and with standard deviation being (0.43).
The results also showed a lack of statistically significant differences at the level of significance )05.0(=α between the responses of the sample of the study due to the variable program, while the results show that there were statistically significant differences due to the variable cumulative GPA for the benefit of (very good and above).
