Success and efficiency of decision-making requires streamlining the flow of information and the workflow within the library.

This will facilitate access to information and indicators related to the digitization project which helps to accurately identify, understand, interpret and describe the requirements for digitization.

It allows describing them in a technical language to enable better decisions.

Clear workflow allows for clear understanding and communication between the different parts in the library including those that need to be digitized.

The study will attempt to show the relationship between the level of clarity of workflow and their charts within the library and the impact on decision-making relating to digitization.
