Abstract EN

This study aims at analyzing the impact of work design on the characteristics of job from the perspective of managers in the Jordanian public universities, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a (questionnaire) was developed and distributed to the study sample, which consisted of (254) respondents, and the number of returned questionnaires for the analysis was (222) questionnaires, which constitutes 87.4% of the distributed questionnaires.

The spss.v.16 was used to calculate the means, the standard deviations and multi regression analysis to the hypothesis of the study .The study concluded the following results :
