This research aims to study the Gulf state and Understanding of power by Naqeeb's studies.

In his study, Al Naqeeb aims to find a new method, so he chose structuralism to understand the Gulf state.

In the result of the study, emphasizing on the importance of studying the social forcesin all its forms: religious, tribal, and economic in Political institutions.The Gulf political regimes, despite their dominationaccording to Al Naqeeb, but Gulf regimes are effective and not weak regimes as The United Arab Emirates has strong and cohesive institutions and the state of Kuwait, which cares for all its multicultural citizens
