Abstract EN

This research proposes an interpretation of the writing' poetics in the poem "lost homeland" of Azzedine Mihoubi from the point of view of the significance, which is the capacity of language to generate meanings in an unconventional way.

Research supposes three levels to deepen the analysis: the first is the system of artistic Image that structures the text and delimits the nature of the distinctive poetics, as it draws its stylistic unity; the second is the referential backgrounds in the speech that restricts the interpretation of the text by means of precise cultural data; the third is the influence of rhythm in the Implementing the significance of the artistic image.

The research offers also an analysis of the bi-role of the rhythm: the first is constituted by the irrationality of the rhythm and its realization of the principle of overtaking the conventional; the second is concretized by the Arabian cultural presence of rhythm in order to strengthen the idea of the engagement towards the of the nation' questions in the poem
