أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الشعور بالاغتراب الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية : دراسة تطبيقية بولاية المسيلة

Abstract EN

The objective of the study was to determine the degree to which social responsibility (inside the school, outside the school) affected the feeling of fanctional alienation among primary schools principals in Msila /Algeria.

In order to reach the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used and a questionnaire form prepared for this purpose was constructed with (50) term divided into three fields:(Social responsibility in the internal environment, social responsibility in the external environment, expatriate employment) after presenting it to some specialists to establish the status of stability and honesty, and distributed to a sample of (106) managers and directors, representing the primary schools in the state of Msila (20%) of the study population (530) individuals, and the response rate (0.91) The sample represented the authentic society in the best way thanks to it’s purposeful selection and to the percentage of generalization.

The study found that there is a statistically significant effect of social responsibility on the sense of fanctional alienation among primary schools principals at the level of (0.05 = α), where the influence was within the school (0.29) and outside (0.42), the more the variables of social responsibility increased the more the fanctional alienation increased too, and more the sample size increased the more the influence’s degree between the two variables.
