Abstract EN

Breast cancer is a highly hcterogcneous discasc globally.

The absolute risk of breast cancer incrcascs with age for women .

Study the rôle of trace éléments in the blood such as (coppcr and zinc) and biomarkers breast cancer diagnsis such as GST, ALP .

had been measured in scrum of 60 women with breast discasc, dividcd to the first group (A) (30) women benign breast tumors , the second group (B) (30) women breast cancer.

Evaluatcd of scrum coppcr and zinc of breast cancer women was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotomctry , and the level of (GST)(Glatathionc - S- transfers) enzyme and ALP(Alkalinc phosphates ) enzyme compared with control group.

The results showed a signifieant incrcasc ( p<0.001) in the level of enzyme (Glatathionc - S- transfers) and the (Alkalinc phosphatcs)cnzymc in scrum breast cancer group , while we observed a slight incrcasc ( p<0.01) in benign tumor group compared to the control group.

Howcver , there was a signifieant dccrease in the level of the zinc élément compared with the control group and a risc in the level of the coppcr élément, which mcans coppcr /zinc ratio in patients was higher than in ontrolgroup.
