Abstract EN

This study examined the influence of corporate governance principles on work ethic in Algerian enterprise, through relying on books, magazines and previous studies on corporate governance and business ethics; as well as preliminary data that depended mainly on a questionnaire conducted in order to examine the opinions of managers and employees in the Painting Company.

The study main findings indicated the existence of a correlation relationship between some of the principles of corporate governance and work ethics.

The study most important recommendations call for the application of ethical values and principles of corporate governance in order to guarantee the achievement of a sound business environment and to ensure the rights of stakeholders.
