The Christian Monasteries appear after the Christian religion confirmation on the highness of the soul and the nobility of the spirit through the worship , which isn’t indulgence with the society , so these Monasteries were established in a semi-remote regions where boundaries of the cities .

The role of these Monasteries had changed since the 6th century that they were not only locations of worship but they also became high scientific centers.

The majority of these Monasteries and their followers did not suffer from persecution through the period when the Islam controlled the area, because the Islam magnanimity gave them their belief freedom.

These monasteries take part in translated the Greeks sciences into the Arabic agriculture
