Abstract EN

The main objective of this research is to examine the administrative skills excellence, in order to develop leadership capabilities of the administrative leader .

The study used the descriptive analysis to analyze the collected data.

The study consists of introduction, three chapters and conclusion.

The first chapter handled the conception of the administrative excellence, the second one concentrated on the principles of administrative excellence and the third one elaborated the types of the administrative excellence and innovation.

Finally was the conclusion, which stated the important results and the recommendations of the study.
