Abstract EN

The dissertation tackles the problem / subject of Micro-teaching and its role in the development of teaching trainees, competence and teaching skills, which promote their job and performance an a scientific basis.

The paper is very important as it helps teacher trainees to improve their work by adopting the most modern methods of education and training.

It aims to illustrate the role and importance of microteaching in the learning process, provide teachers with the most effective and beneficial teaching techniques, and make use of the findings as regards good teaching planning.

The researcher has used in his study the descriptive analytical approach / method which depends on data- collection, processing reliable results and conclusions.

The study has revealed a number of findings, the most important of which are: Effectiveness of microteaching in teachers training education, approval of microteaching with respect to syllabus teaching, and for teacher training, faculties of education and teachers, colleges have an important role to play in activating the system of microteaching for teacher trainees through implementation of practical education programmers modern technology plays also an important part in microteaching by benefiting from technology of education and its use in the teaching process.

The researcher in the light of the findings and results, recommends the following: demanding teachers, colleges to employ Competent teachers / masters to train student teachers on micro-teaching, necessity of adopting micro-teaching system in teaching, in order to promote learners abilities and competence and to make use of it in electronic education programmers.
