Abstract EN
The current study aims to measure the level of self esteem among secondary school teachers according to some demographic changes ( gender- social status- professional experience) at Hadi Mahmoud secondary school in Tamlouka- Geulma.
The sample of the study Included thirty teachers.
The result of the study show that the level of self esteem was high since we don't observe any difference in the level of teachers according to the demographic changes we took into consideration gender- social status- professional experience

Le but de cette étude est mesurer le niveau d’estime de soi chez les enseignants du secondaires suite a quelques variables démographique (le sexe, état sociale, l’expérience professionnelle)dans l’établissement Hadi Mahmoud- Tamlouka-Wilaya de Guelma.
L’étude est basée sur 30 enseignants et enseignantes, le résultat a montré que le niveau d’estime de soi dans les individus de cette échantillon est trop élevé, alors que les variables démographiques (le sexe, état sociale, l’expérience professionnelle) nous n’avons pas remarqués le disparate.
