We dealt with in this study, the subject of organizational loyalty, which is the primary key and it is important to examine the extent of the harmony that exists between individuals and their organizations, Individuals with loyalty organizational high direction of their organizations are the ones who have the adequate preparations because devote more effort and dedication in their work and seek a permanent basis on the continuation of their association and belonging to their organization (Hamad bin Farhan Shalawi, 2005).

Among the reflections generated by the lack of organizational loyalty, we find circulation at work, which is a barrier and a difficult issue for managers, especially when it comes to user-based highly qualified on the one hand and on the other hand, work-related accidents, which is considered as a code which always seeks officials to solve them and avoided because of the serious repercussions caused to individuals, equipment and thereby hinder the production process especially in light of the sharp market competition, who knows.

We have reached through this study that a relationship exists relational positive between organizational loyalty degrees in people exposed user category for accidents at work and user category of non Mtardan for accidents at work and Kzy check part of the hypothesis of partial and related to each of the postcelibacy, as well as the case for the post of seniority and which is limited to between (25-36) years, and it is also for after income that does not exceed 20,000 dinars.

The study also found no verification part of the other partial hypotheses concerning both after the marriage, as well as the case for the post of seniority, which is limited to between (1-12 years) and (13-24) years, and the same result for the after-income which goes beyond the edge of 20000 which means the existence of a negative correlation
