Abstract EN

This research deals with a basic, and an important issue, which related to the scientific method of studying Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) in general, and especially Maliki jurisprudence.

Then, this research is an attempt to stands on the exact scientific method to learning Fiqh's sciences according to Maliki madhab (Maliki doctrine).

There is no doubt that the educating of the scientific method to learning is very important, with taken into account the gradient when studing Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh).

On the grounds that any stage of learning Fiqh is fit with such a kind of books and scripts, both those that related basically with branches of Fiqh that is abstract from evidence, or branches that is related with evidence, or that related with Usul Al-Fiqh (roots of Islamic jurisprudence) and it's issues, or also with the other matters that had a relation with juristic side, this is so the student can combines between branches and roots, issues and it's evidence, text and intellect, and so on.

Thereby he gets the aptitude for Fiqh, that will qualify him to reach the purpose.
