Abstract EN

The Westerness got in touch with all sectors of Arab community during the period of their occupation of the Levant in the twelfth and thirteenth Centuries AD.

Muslim historians idenitfied them closely and described them well n their writing.

In this study, a review of the descriptions of Westerners according to Muslim historians is provided, whether these descriptions are positive or negative, depending on fifteen Muslim historians who lived during the period of the Crusades.

Toverify the writings ofMuslimhistorians,whattheywrote about Westerners will be compared with the writings of other historians, whether they are Greek, Latin or Syriac, who witnessed the Crusade era.
