Abstract EN
This study aims to know the effect of communications technologies in developing the employee’s performance in the bank BADR in the unit of M’sila.
In this study, we used a descriptive and analytical approach in analysing and processing the collect data The study concluded that the total score of reality of the use of communications technologies (oral and E-contacts) as seen by employees of the bank was really high.
