Abstract EN
The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitudes of employees to business communications in Jordan Telecom companies and its impact in determining the specifics of the information resulting from them, study population consisted of workers in Jordanian companies, and used a random sample of the study were distributed (400) to identify and recovered them (324) questionnaires.
Data were collected from the study population by questionnaire consisted of (28) items, divided into five areas: patterns, methods and business communication skills, and characteristics of information.
The data were analyzed using simple regression and the test contrast, the study reached the following conclusions: the existence of the impact of the patterns, methods and communication skills management in the provision of information of properties are timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, clarity, flexibility, and ease of access.
The results showed the existence of the impact of the characteristics of that information to achieve a good working relationship.
The study offered recommendations, including: increased attention to patterns of communication between the administrative staff at the same level of administrative staff and managers to contribute to the provision of information with specific characteristics to make management decisions more effective.
And development and means of administrative communication in written and oral and electronic to provide the requested information, and train employees on the mastery of the means to contribute to making the resulting information more accurate andbeneficial.
