Abstract EN

The main objective of this study is to know the reality of the relationship between the indicators of domestic financial stability and the index of banking stumbling in light of fluctuations in oil prices and their impact on the ؛Algerian economy The problem is the effect of the dependent ariable in the local credit variable on the independent variables of inflation rate, oil price; after applying the VAR model, it is difficult to critique theestimated parameters.

Here the method used by Sims is to use Response functions and shock analysis; we obtained model estimation, and then applied a set of random shocks and the response of variables to them as well as the study of causality to detect the relational relationship between the different variables .specific to the model
