Abstract EN

The study aimed to find out the reality of employee empowerment and obstacles to its application in the public administrative sector.

Methodology/sample: In order to achieve our objective, we used the descriptive and analytical method, and the case study method, by designing a questionnaire included (28) items divided on two factors: the first was employee empowerment dimensions and the second was the employee empowerment obstacles .

For this purpose, the researchers chose a sample Consisting of (57)employee.

Findings: the Findings of the study showed that: there are acceptable levels for the application of employee empowerment in the organization under study from the perspective of workers.

There are individual and organizational obstacles that impede the success of the application of employee empowerment in the organization under study.

There are statistically significant relationship between psychological empowerment and administrative empowerment in the organization under study.

The study recommended the the organization under study to approach to employees to identify their problems and causes of disability for the application of employee empowerment and explain the benefits of the empowerment application of both superiors and subordinates.
