Mufdi Zakaria’s poetry is distinguished by its innovative rhythm and aesthetics, and finds profound inspiration in the Qur’an.

The aim of our work is to account for their textual interactions with a view to highlighting the opening of the poetic text of MUFDI Zakaria, which evolves around the major theme of revolution, and to demonstrating its ability to draw from the koranic text at the levels of style and meanings while bringing to the poetic discourse much more consistency and aesthetic revolution.

The poet also makes creative use of language, for he creates particular meanings that contribute to the construction of a renewed poetic image, and this always in reference to the koranic text, a textual phenomenon suggested by the theory of intertextuality.

As regards rhythm, his work “Ellahab EL Moqadas “ contains in itself remarkable facts of intertextuality which converge in meaning, sound, intonation, and musicality with the Qur’an, and this is one of the hallmarks of MUFDI Zakaria’s poetic text
