This research includes an introduction that involved the importance of the subject, the previous studies, the plan and three chapters.

First chapter: included the beginning of gift of Jews as the holy book and prophet traditions and the legal opinions in that.

The second chapter: the acceptance of gift by Jews and the legal opinions in that matter.

Third chapter: included the illustration of the gift rewarding.
